As such, all data about our customers end-users’ are completely anonymous. Neura cannot identify any personal information about individuals. We see all users as anonymized data points with no personally identifiable information.
In instances where we will receive a request from an end user concerning their rights under the CCPA (the right for disclosure, the right to delete, etc.), we will work with and fully support the relevant customer, to the best of our ability, in order to identify the relevant customer and/or the end user, in order to resolve the request as quickly as possible.
In instances where one of our customers will be required to act upon requests relating to such rights, Neura will assist in complying with the request to the best of our ability and to the extent that such assistance is feasible.
Neura believes in transparency, as a service provider we do not have an obligation to disclose if information has been sold, however we want you to know that any personal information that is shared with us via our services is used only to facilitate the services provided to our customers. Thus, we guarantee that all such activity does not include any monetary exchange relating to personal information. In other words:
