We created this page to provide you with information about the ways in which Neura complies with the current requirements of the CCPA. We periodically review our data and privacy-related documentation, processing practices, and procedures in order to make sure it is always fully up to date.

The CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018), which came into effect on January 1, 2020, gave new privacy rights to Consumers residing in the State of California, and imposed obligations on Businesses processing their personal information.

In order to provide our services, Neura acts as a “Service Provider” that processes personal information on behalf of our customers, the “Business” (as defined under the CCPA).

What does it mean in regard to Neura services?

Neura acts as the “Service Provider” and processes consumer data solely on behalf of our customers, the “Business”.

As such, all data about our customers end-users’ are completely anonymous. Neura cannot identify any personal information about individuals. We see all users as anonymized data points with no personally identifiable information.

In instances where we will receive a request from an end user concerning their rights under the CCPA (the right for disclosure, the right to delete, etc.), we will work with and fully support  the relevant customer, to the best of our ability, in order to identify the relevant customer and/or the end user, in order to resolve the request as quickly as possible.

In instances where one of our customers will be required to act upon requests relating to such rights, Neura will assist in complying with the request to the best of our ability and to the extent that such assistance is feasible.

Use of Data

Neura believes in transparency, as a service provider we do not have an obligation to disclose if  information has been sold, however we want you to know that any personal information that is shared with us via our services is used only to facilitate the services provided to our customers. Thus, we guarantee that all such activity does not include any monetary exchange relating to personal information. In other words:
